While we are updating and improving our website, we want you to know that if you need to return an item that was previously purchased, you are able to do so. Simply follow the instructions outlined below.

How to Return an Item

It's easy to return any item to us directly. Please save your packing slip; it serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item. All returns must be received within 30 days of your order.

Send Your Returns to Our Warehouse

  • Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in your shipment.
  • If you don't have your packing slip, please include your order number and the reason for your return on a piece of paper in your package.
  • Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
  • Mail the package to the address listed below.
  • For your protection, we recommend you send your return through an insured, trackable carrier like UPS.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your item is received.
  • Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your package.
  • For credit card purchases, we'll credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
  • Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please note, we are unable to accept items purchased with a Gift Card or electronic Gift Card.
