Returns on Orders Placed Before February 25, 2009
It's easy to return any item to us directly. Please save your packing slip, as it serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item. All returns must be received within 30 days of your order date.

To send your returns to our warehouse, simply...

• Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Be sure to include the packing slip in your shipment
• If you don't have your packing slip, please include your order number and the reason for your return on a piece of paper in your package
• Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible
• Mail the package to the following address:

• For your security, we recommend that you send your return through an insured, trackable carrier like UPS
• You will receive an email confirmation when your package is received
• Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days after the receipt of your package
• After we have received your return, you will receive a call from a Customer Service Specialist to validate your account details and ensure your refund is processed correctly
• Note to Credit Card Purchasers: We will credit the card you used for your order approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
• Please note, we are unable to accept item(s) purchased with a Gift Card or electronic Gift Card
