Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • The item(s) are not available.
  • Your payment information could not be verified.
  • The shipping address could not be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Cancelling Your Order:

After you have clicked "Send My Order," you may be able to cancel your entire order. Simply click on the link in your Order Confirmation email, or click on the Track My Order link on the website to view your order. If your order can be cancelled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button beside the order.

Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. At this time, you are unable to cancel or change part of your order. You must cancel the entire order.

Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel an order, however if you used a Gift Card to pay for your order, you may not receive credit back for a time period of up to 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming credit back to your form of tender once we are able to reissue credit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • One or more products in your order become unavailable (You may cancel only the unavailable products).
  • We are unable to process your payment information.


Shopping Cart

When you're shopping on our website, you can save items you would like to buy in your Shopping Cart until you are ready to purchase them. It works in the same way as a shopping cart in a retail store. Items in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

Here are some of the things you can do with the items in your Shopping Cart:

  • Update the quantity. If you would like more or less of an item in your Shopping Cart, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."
  • Remove a product from your Shopping Cart. If you change your mind about an item, click on "Remove from Cart," or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart."
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping after reviewing the contents of your Shopping Cart, choose one of the options under "Continue Shopping" and continue to search our website. You can return to your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on "My Cart" at the top of the page.
  • Proceed to secure checkout. Once you're done shopping, click on "Proceed to Secure Checkout" to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart. Our Checkout process is fast, easy, and secure. See our secure shopping guarantee for more details.


I want to change or cancel my order

After you have clicked "Send My Order", you cannot cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Instructions.

*Note: You may cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that we are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately at 1-888-552-2298 if you receive this e-mail and wish to cancel your order.
